The Law Firm founded by Prof. Avv. Alberto Pizzoferrato deals mainly with Labour and Corporate Law in its many applications: employee management, employee relationship management information systems, budget rendering and human resource costs, company administration, governing bodies reports, insolvency proceedings, company changes, industrial exclusive rights, trade union relations, business contracts, social security and accidents at work, complementary funds.
Our professional activity covers both private and public sectors. We also deal with contracts, working relations that are both subject to private law and regulated by public law, administrative and accounting responsibility.

Also, our clients may want to take advantage of our specialized regulatory and custom update training, dealing both with National, European and International Law. Our Law Firm has acquired a wide and solid experience in arbitration matters, since it has been part of many arbitration Boards, even administered, dealing mostly with Company Law (i.e. liability, shares, organization, commercial contracts). The Pizzoferrato Law Firm is located in Bologna (Italy) and offers its services all over the Country, in Brussels and in the main European Countries, through partnership with local firms.
